These days, more and more people are driving to the beach. Beat the traffic, save on parking, and let us take you to the beach for some fun!

The trip begins in downtown Wilmington. We ride on the famous River to Sea Bikeway, a 15-mile bicycle route, also known as the Cross-City Trail. This is a multi-use trail that runs from Wade Park, through Halyburton Park and Empie Park to the Heide-Trask Drawbridge at the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a true bike trail with minimal riding on roads, as our main focus is always the safety of our riders. Very smooth with lots of sights to see, bridges to cross, and more.

All tours begin with an orientation, which will instruct riders how to ride their electric bike. The arrival point near Wrightsville Beach will be the gorgeous Blockade Runner Beach Resort. Those who dine will have access to some of the resort's lush accommodations and world-class amenities, such as their Lawn & Garden areas (with beach chairs, loungers, and more) and direct access to the beach from the property. Riders can also choose to enjoy activity rentals, such as kayak, surfboard, and stand-up paddle board rentals.

This is a CHALLENGING e-bike tour. All riders must be experienced bike riders, in good health, and must not have any current injuries or physical ailments. Total distance ridden is approximately 30 miles.
